Functions and role of cylinder block: As the main frame of the engine, it supports key components such as pistons, crankshafts, and camshafts, ensuring the precise installation of each component. The cylinders within the cylinder block are where the pistons reciprocate, forming a sealed combustion chamber that provides space for fuel combustion and power generation.

The function of the camshaft: By rotating the cam (eccentric wheel) on the shaft, it drives the valves to open and close at the right time, coordinating with the piston movement (intake, compression, power, exhaust). It precisely controls the valve opening timing, opening duration, and lift to ensure that the combustible mixture is fully drawn in and the exhaust gas is completely discharged, thereby improving engine power and efficiency.

As a supplier with over 20 years of experience in the engine parts industry, we have always regarded "zero damage during transportation" as our core shipping standard. Today, a batch of 50 camshafts and cylinder blocks destined for Russia was loaded onto a truck. In the packaging workshop, we used 5cm thick pearl cotton as a base for heavy components such as cylinder blocks and crankshafts, and then wrapped them in custom-made reinforced cardboard boxes.

The loading process further demonstrates our standardized capabilities. The logistics team prepares loading diagrams in advance based on the weight and dimensions of the parts. Heavy components are secured to the bottom of the truck bed according to the principle of "balanced center of gravity" and reinforced at four points with hydraulic straps. Precision parts are placed on upper adjustable shelves with cushioning rubber pads between shelves, and adjacent items are separated by custom-made partitions. Our loading error is controlled within 5cm; "heavy items should not be placed on light items, and large items should not be placed on small items" is our ironclad rule. Combined with comprehensive shock absorption measures, we ensure that the performance of parts remains unaffected even during long-distance transportation.
