Warranty & After-Sales Service

Applicable order terms. After-sales service for each product is handled in accordance with the written terms agreed by both parties for the corresponding order. Refer to that order for the warranty start date, the configuration supplied, the scope of coverage and the applicable service conditions. Components supplied as part of a long block follow the 12-month long block warranty. Other products purchased as separate order items carry an 18-month warranty.

How to Submit an After-Sales Claim

1. Provide order and product details

   Send the order or invoice number, product reference, batch or serial number, engine code, relevant OE reference and affected quantity. Include the VIN if needed to verify fitment.

2. Describe what happened

   Provide the dates of receipt, installation and failure. Where applicable, include mileage or operating hours. Attach photos, videos, a workshop report or measurement results.

3. Confirm inspection and return arrangements

   Retain the affected parts and related mating components. If the goods arrived damaged, retain the shipping packaging as well. Contact POWCODE to confirm how to proceed before further disassembly, machining or return shipment.

4. Confirm the resolution

   POWCODE reviews the configuration supplied, the fault evidence and the applicable order terms. Based on the findings, both parties may agree to supply replacement components, replace the affected product, issue a credit against the purchase price or agree on another resolution. Labour, freight and related costs are handled in accordance with the applicable written terms.
